Flat Rate Shipping & Handling Anywhere in Canada

Flat rate shipping charges for purchases under $60:   

        • In Ontario, Manitoba, and all Provinces East and West, shipping is $9.95; 
        • In Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut, shipping is $16.95.  

   

FREE SHIPPING* for purchases of $60 and over!


*The Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut do not qualify for free delivery on orders over $60.

 


Warehouse Location / Carrier

We ship from our distribution center in Mississauga.


Estimated Shipping Time

Most orders received by 8 a.m. eastern time will ship the same business day. Most orders received after 8 a.m. will ship the next business day. Postal carriers estimate a shipping time of 5 to 7 business days depending on your proximity to the Mississauga distribution center.


Holiday Return Policy

If you would like to return Naväge Nasal Care that was purchased between November 15th and December 31st of 2020, it may be returned for refund until January 31, 2021. Before shipping your return, please contact us at support@navage.ca and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) which we will send you by return email along with shipping instructions. You are responsible for the cost to return the product to us. When we receive the returned product, we will refund your original purchase price less shipping, disappointed only that Naväge did not meet your expectations. In the case of orders that qualified for free shipping, we will deduct our actual shipping cost from the refund. Products returned for refund that are not accompanied by an RMA are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Opened trays of Naväge SaltPod 30-Packs are non-refundable. 


Incorrect Shipping Address

If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, postal carriers will not redeliver for free; they require payment. You are responsible for verifying that your shipping address is correct. Incorrect addresses may result in delays, undeliverable packages, and redelivery fees. If you discover that the address you entered is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at (800) 203-6400 or support@navage.ca, and we will make every effort to correct your order information. If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address including an incorrect zip code, missing or incorrect suite, office, or street number, etc., you are responsible for any fees assessed by the shipping company to change the address, return, and/or reship your package. Please be advised that the shipping company will assess a charge to correct and/or redeliver a package with incorrect address information.


Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel or make changes to an order, please contact Customer Service as quickly as possible at (800) 203-6400 or support@navage.ca. Please note that most orders are shipped on the same day the order is placed, or on the next business day. A delivery that is refused by a customer and returned to RhinoSystems for a refund is subject to an additional 20% restocking fee.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged package or believe your package is lost, please contact us immediately at (800) 203-6400 or canada.support@navage.com.
